Following the journey of a traveller through various countries of the Arab world, this documentary explains the complexities of this region's heritage and civilization.

Through a voyage of 28 years, the traveller shows us a plethora of beautiful historical and archaeological sites, highlighting the diverse nature of the Arab world; a land where different cultures met and "crossed-fertilized to give birth to great civilizations."

This documentary was published in 2003 by UNESCO within the framework of the Plan Arabia, which is intended to increase the knowledge of Arab culture in the world, with the support of ALECSO, the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization.
